Pre-ordering Dark Avatar

I really want to preorder Dark Avatar, but on the shop page I see no way of entering my ID.

Using my forum ID and serial number I can download copies of the game from here. Som if I can download a copy of DA at any time, surely it must be linked to my account here?

I don't want to have to keep track of multiple links. It would be better if they were all in one place.
