Icons disappearing behind dock!

I keep getting instances where a random icon from my dock will disappear behind the dock! If I move the mouse over where the icon was, I can still run that particular app and then the icon reappears on top again. This is more of an annoyance than a problem, until a few minutes ago when I came back to my main desktop machine and found every single icon on it (all 18 of them) had hidden themselves!

I am only using a regular dock, not a tabbed one.

I have only had this issue since I installed v1.30, never in any previous versions.

Any ideas??

firstandonly: This is actually an issue that we (and others) have encountered in the previous versions as well. There is a problem with the Microsoft layered windows api where z-order settings will intermittently be lost.

If for some reason this does occur, there's a temporary fix: drag one of the icons that's behind the dock just a little out of position and let it snap back. Once it does, it should have reverted to the proper z-order position.
