My Computer Key Question

I customnized my icons with whichever one of the wincustomize products does that ... I uninstalled it afterwards. But when My Computer is started from ObjectDock, the customized icons do not show. They show when explorer is opened from the start menu, but not from objectdock. Is there an alternative key I could use to open My Computer that would remedy this problem? Thanks for any help.

visusest: What kind of a shortcut do you have to 'My Computer'?

I've added a new shortcut, changed the target to 'My Computer' (use the dropdown listbox) and have been unable to reproduce the problem you describe: The launched my computer window is as expected, with all the icons skinned by IconPackager.

Good point, though I wonder why the icons are still customized when launching 'My Computer' normally.

As I remember, unless you re-apply the default windows scheme when you uninstall you're gonna have some show (I assume they are still cached) and some show as the normal windows default icon. I remember doing something like this about a year ago when I uninstalled a real buggy version.
