"next turn" accellerator keys don't work anymore as of beta 4a.

Prior to beta 4a the enter keys (both of them) would initiate the next turn function. Now they no longer function, except for once in a while on the first turn after reloading a game.

I've also noticed this... It took me a while to figure out why none of my ships were getting their movement points back!
