download cursors

why can't i download the cursors and use them? i use to. the only one i have is the xp cursor. and that's all i can download.

You will need either the free or paid version of this: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/

Install it and then you can download the cursors and use them. The MS cursor app in control panel can't deal with the cursors on this site.
