What's Sexy?

Okay , so I'm performing in Seusical the Musical, its this big Dr. Seus fest, and most of the characters from the books, except for the Bird Girls. My director refers to them as "the jungle hotties", we get theese really cute dresses. And we got a lecture tonight about being "sexy" and I've been told that I am, by more than one person, but I don't know how to be. I mean the man had us planning contraptions on how to enhance our chests(we're rather small) and that rather pissed me off, because i think my chest is just sexy the way it is. Anyway, so i could use some help. How do you be sexy?

I don't think there is any way to become "sexy." the way I see it is sexy is in the eyes of the beholder. I do how ever think that your director sounds kinda perverted.

Sexy is very subjective, but basically "being sexy" is communicating visually that you are ready to hop in the sack with whomever is viewing you. It's creating the illusion that you are all about mating.

Sexy is different for different people, but overall, it's about looking like you are ready, willing, and able to "get down" at the drop of a hat.

I disagree. I think that's looking whorish.

Looking sexy isn't necessarily about looking ready and willing so much as just having an alluring appearance that might make someone curious about you sexually. Maybe you'd never sleep with them in a million years and they know that, but the way you look makes them want to imagine what it would be like anyway.

I do agree that it's different to different people.

I think healthy, glistening skin, a fresh face, and clothing that highlights your curves would be considered pretty much universally sexy. Kind of a display of youth and vitality with a touch of naughty mysteriousness.

Then again, I'm a chick, so what do I know?
