Nview has been known to cause problems with a number of applications.
I suspect if you disable it the problem will go away.
What features are you using from nview? The OS handles 2 monitors at once without nview running.
If your taskbar is stretching over 2 monitors without nview then your nvidia driver settings are incorrect.
You should see 2 monitors in display properties and be able to set the resolution of each. If you see one then the drivers are pretending you only have 1 monitor and nview is needed to prevent maximized windows from filling both. There will be a setting to change this somewhere in the drivers.
