Alice Cooper Playing D&D

As most people tend to watch far more tv than myself, a lot of folks have probably seen this. I was just watching an episode of That 70s Show in which Alice Cooper was a guest star. The closing scene showed Alice playing Dungeons and Dragons with a couple of radio station dorks,

I don't know why exactly, but this just cracked me up.

My younger brother has one of his hats.  Thrown into the audience at a live performance.  Does that count?

I love Alice Cooper! Remember that commercial where he plays jumprope with those little girls? It was great! I remember reading about the "biting the head of the chicken" thing he supposedly done (he didn't) and how Frank Zappa called him up the next day and asked him if he really did it. Alice said no and Zappa told him not to tell anybody, 'cause it made such a good story! Yeah, Alice is my kinda guy...

I remember reading about him, at the height of his wacko-stage persona, going and sitting up at night keeping Groucho Marx company when he got lonely. This is a guy that the world was saying was evil, killing livestock on stage supposedly, and yet he's there minding the old folks.

The VH1 heavy metal documentary had a part where he talked about Groucho Marx bringing Mae West to one of his shows. They thought it was just good performance art. I don't think you would see Marilyn Manson sitting up at night with the old folks.

When he made his comeback years ago, he said he couldn't stand the thought of mere mortals stealing his shtick.
