New Quirks/Bugs??

Playing the game a lot lately and found these events:
1) Near mid-end game, I was wanting to give bc to
some other races, to help them fight off the last
race. Well all of a sudden I was getting massive
amts. of bc every turn. Seems the bc'c I thought
I was giving to the other races was also being
deposited into my account. Must admit, was a very
surprising thing, though not necessarily a bad
thing.
2) Found some correlation on CTD's. Have been saving
my game frequently and found something?(maybe?) It
seems that a special event is about to occur, (ie.
a riot or revolt in a system, or improved economic
output, etc., which work). I believe that 1 or 2
of the special events may have invalid or bad data
which is causing the CTD, as they happen in the
same turn sequence.
