I am performing a song by Karen Carpenter in a show I'm involved in. However, I need to know what types of clothing she wore. I'm not old enough to remember her seeing as she died the same year I was born. So, you Carpenter fans out there, if you could let me know what types of things she wore in concerts. I've searched the web, but the photos are very vague. Thanks

If it is an early 70's song, then you could just wear a tank top and bell bottoms. Most of her images are of fairly plain clothes, and there are several published pictures of her in tank tops (wide strap type, usually of bright colors like yellow).

ok. I"m singing Superstar so I don't know when that one came out. and I only have about a minute inbetween it and the next song I"m singing. so I"m planning to wear Jeans on the bottem (wide leg not quite bells unless I can find some). Thanks. I'll keep looking.
