Can't seem to download the game

from Stardock Forums
I just bought the game, but when I go into DGM to try to download I get a "cannot connect to server" error. This is when I try to register the serial that I was given. Is the server down? Thanks.

I click on Register in the Drengin Network Customer Infomation box and get:
Drengin: Error Notification
Error: Unable to connect to server!

The Drengin Loader box behind always says Connecting... with one bar and never goes past that.

Although now in the Drengin Game Manager I have no games. How do I actually download the game?

The game should show up based on the serial you entered.. You sure you entered the serial correctly???

Yes, I used a different internet connection and I'm downloading now. Once it's downloaded I assume I can play it without an internet connection?

If you have Seti@Home running, close it. It is known to cause problems with the Drengin Game Manager.

Is there going to be a fix to this?
