What do they new system flags mean ?

I asked the question somewhere else but I can not find the answer.

I guess the unhappy face means the system has low moral.
What is the pirate flag ?
The symbol that looks like a shield ?
other flags ?

Do they meen anything or are they place holders for future releases ?

I think theyre -

pirate flag - system about to defect
shield with crown - system is the 'whatsits' capital
unhappy face - low morale
are there others?

Yeah, there are three for the different capitals you you create...

Production Capital = Hammer icon
Economic Capital = Money Bag
Research Capital = Test Tube
