List of Governors on planet detail screen has vanished.

I can no longer select a governor to manage a planet. Reloading the saved game does not fix the problem. I am shipping the saved game to Cari.

Yes you can, but their names have disappeared from the planet detail screen. When I want to micro-manage a planet (usually my most productive), I select the bottom bar of the detail governor box. The middle 3 bars seem to have their own build sequences while the top one is my primary governor.
