Ships leaving orbit.

I notice the following all the time and it is very annoying.

I build a colonizer and order it leave orbit.
It is highlighted and in orbit where is was built.

Fine so far but when I go to set its autopilot some other colonizer and it maybe clear across the Galaxy proceeds to this designation.

Are you getting the load colonist dialog appearing below the orbit slots?

Let me raise a possibility here, and perhaps this will all become clear.

I have noticed that when all of the completions have been viewed that sometimes the last planet has the center of the sector view. At first, you may not notice that a ship that had just de-orbited that planet is NOT selected, and if you locate a target and right click on it, it will be another ship (the ship that really is currently selected) that gets sent to that target.

Technician, does this sound like it could be what you are getting?

Cari, The problem I described above was reported some time ago, and I assumed it was on your list of minor things to fix.
