I believe you need the full version of DesktopX to do so.

If you have the full version, change into the Builder and then right-click onto the menu you want to change and click on "Properties". You will get to a new menu which will allow you to change just about everything (e.g. font, size, short-cut,...).

ok so the free desktopx isnt the full version and i need to buy it :S ???

i can change to builder mode and right click properties on the menu
the tabs that come up are, general/relation/states/summary.

altho there arent any obvious places to add change/remove shortcuts

Good, that's all you need. If you want to create another shortcut, the easiest way is to just clone an already existing shortcut (right-click on the shortcut and click on "Clone object's", hint: this is also how you can remove unwanted shortcuts, but I would recomend to edit the existing shortcuts rather than removing them). You will have to drag the newly cloned object into a position just a little below the old shortcut. You can then right-click on it - properties - and on the "General" tab under "Object Type" click on "change..". You will then get to a new menu, which will allow you to change the Target of the newly created shortcut.

The next step would be to change the shortcut name. You can do this on the "States" tab, where you can change the Text. Then hit "apply" and you should be all set.

Note: make sure you save the Original and later your own versions frequently so you can always go back if you messed something up.
