System Tray in Tabbed Dock

How do I get the system tray/taskbar into a tabbed dock? I can't figure it out.

Right click tabbed dock > Tab Settings > (Tabs& Styles) > Add tab button > select 'Add a taskbar tab' or 'Add a systray tab'.
