Diplomacy Screen Crash to Desktop

This seems to be a repeatable crash. This is a very minor bug. You have to be really silly or really stupid for this to happen LOL Go to the diplomacy screen select minor races talk to the minor races, Give them multiple items. It will write to the bottom of you area then it will jump to the top of their area write down to the bottom of theirs. After 62+ items a vertical bar will appear on the right 3rd of the frame. This will be solid. Leave the minor races, talk to any of the A.I. the bar will still be there but you can see that the AI window looks like an overlay over the rest of the screen because it cuts a nick out of the solid bar. If you repeat these steps the bar will disappear. If you have a solid bar and give everything and all the aliens you eventually have a crash. I have a saved copy of the game if you want it.
