Thanks. I can tell you the guys appreciate it. I'm going to write a dev journal today about something that amazed me.
I came in to the office today -- Saturday, and nearly the entire office was either there at the office or working from home. No one was asked to or requested to. I had no idea people would come in.
But the customer service team was in, handling email on their day off, some developers and their wives came in to help ship boxes, others came in to help out on the forums, still others worked to try to speed up network response or user accounts and such.
It's really just the people themselves, taking pride in what they do.
