I am sure I saw this problem posted before but I am unable to find it with the search engine provided by Fredrik Jacobsson, I can't find it in the titles still showing in the forum, and I can't remember if it was reported against build 3E. So:

The title tells the story. This is happening in my current game on build 3E, but had not appeared in previous games I have played on this, or any other build.
I have two saves of my current game and will be creating a couple more saves to show what the affect is when taking this choice. If you have not yet located the cause and you think these saves of my game will help let me know and I will send them to you.
