CTD when invading planet with a created minor race (Tuesday's minor update)

I was invading a planet owned by the pirates (the Yor had surrendered to them) and experienced a CTD. I had also seen this with the Arcean Theocracy after the Arceans broke appart but didn't have Smart Exception running.
Also when communicating with one of these created minor races, they have a String not found as their intro text.
