Hello dear developers
I'ts really disappointing me that you HAVE NOT FIXED BUGS WHICH WERE REPORTED AS FAR BACK AS 1.2 VERSION
I started a new game in 2.0 and they are still there. Please fix them.
First one : Cloud Walk can't be cast on player-owned tiles which used to belong to wildlands
Second one: Forge of Overlord gives -9 relation penalty even if Spell of Making victory disabled
