I experienced a similar crash around the introduction / menu when the game starts as another poster has; I've started here a separate thread for my issue.

The game crashes during the introduction movie.

If I skip the movie, the game crashes in the menu a few seconds in.

It's feels almost as if it crashes X seconds after the game launches, regardless of whether I watch the introduction movie or not. 

I have tried the SDNXFLFonts.dll rename to SDNXFLFonts.old.

I have also tried starting the game using NVidia Graphics Card only.

I have also tried starting the game using my Intel Integrated Graphics only.

But the crash occurs approximately around the same point each time.

I have attached my error log here.

I actually haven't gotten the game, but was hoping to try it out during the free weekend before deciding.
