Tooltip estimated damage for casting Sunder on an elemental was 5. Spell tooltip (mousing over the spell from the list of spells) estimated 90, and indeed 90 damage was actually done.
It seems the mousover tooltips are generally not updating nor calculating correctly between spell cooldown timers and certain spells (though most seem to generate accurate estimates).
