Is this a known bug and/or can someone point me toward where I would submit if not...

I dispelled Ineluctable Vision and while it removed the spell from list of enchantments and

no longer charged me 5 mana per turn, it's effects did not dispel.

Moreover, when I experimentally tried casting it again, it toggled the spell into being dispelled

but now it showed up in my list of enchantments and was charging me 5 mana per turn.

I had to dispel it again and then recast it again to get it back into it's normal state.
