Anyone know how to increase the number of points you get when making a new faction in the faction creator? I wanted to try creating "uber" AI enemies by giving them more than 3 points worth of traits, but I can't seem to find the value that controls this in any of the game's xml files. Just wondering if someone might know where it is.
