[CRASH] Crashing all the time Game unplayable

Game crash's all the time and is unplayable. It normal takes 200+ turn before it goes completely but can start crashing at 70+ turns. Once it starts with in about 10 turn it will always crash at turn after loading from save.

I had no problems playing it on 1.3 but the crashing started at 1.4

System is as:

Core i5 3570

16 GB Ram

680 GTX

Have tied it on Windows 7 and 8.1 and older Nivdia driver, crashing always the same.

I also deleted all steam file's and save file's and download the whole game a fresh, still crashing.

There is a growing number of people on the Steam forum with the same problem.

Great game, please fix it as soon as possible.

It still crashes for me as well.

There was some kind of update for FE:LH today but it was 0 MB.

Windows 7 too. I did look at some of these games and I didn't crash but the game hung up. It appears there is an infinite loop during the end turn process. I outlined some of what I saw in a similar post.

I've had hang ups and crashes, as well as graphic issues with areas that should be lite going dark. Never had the problem unilt 1.4. No other games i play have the issues. it's 1.4

I'm using Windows 7.

I wrote about this same problem on steam. Seems like the developers are more prevalent over here though.
I am running windows 7. Game freezes after several hours into game play.

My first time was with 20+ hours alternating between two game saves and then the second time (creating new game saves with
each new save) at about 10 hours or so. I sent a ticket in to stardock support with the zip from the tool support sent me
and hopefully someone figures it out. I'm itching to play but it's like playing Russian roulette with invested game time. If there is anything else that can help with this witch hunt I'd definitely pitch in.

Win 7 here...last few weeks (since 1.4?) in every game, somewhere in the late-middle phase, the game stops responding

Same problem: after patch 1.4 game started crashing.

It crashes random while playing or when loading saved games or during autosaves.

No problems before patch 1.4.

I am playing through Steam, Windows XP sp3, all drivers updated, i'm using this pc to play a lot of games, no other one gives me problems at all.

I have played two compete games over the past month but I also started experiencing this over the weekend. Same AppHangB1 mentioned above. I have 7 hours play time on the saved game. I have tried 3 different saves going back several turns and when it gets to around Fall 273 A.C. in game time it just hangs. Clicking the mouse bring up the crash menu. It happens 100% of the time on all 3 saves I have.

Using Windows Vista SP2.
Have Loot Pack, Map Pack, Heroes Quest and Dead World DLC installed.

This was my first game playing with Dead World installed.

I haven't even made it past 10 min before the games hangs. This all started happening when I started a new game since I downloaded the Dead World DLC. Before I downloaded the DLC it worked decently.

Yep, same thing here. I don't have the new DLC yet. It's 1.4, I think, because I can't finish a game now, since the new update.

Same for me. Game hangs after hitting end turn. It happens every 2nd or 3rd turn but didn't happen much (or at all) until I got around 200 turns. Also on Win 7, 1.4 and no new DLC. Hoping we see a fix soon cause I needs my Fallen Enchantress!

Yeah that was my case too except it wasn't that bad. I figured the game software couldn't handle all players as the game progressed and got bigger. However, after I got the dead world DLC my game was hanging at the exact same turn every time, and I was barely 20 turns into the game. A usual with Stardock, they come up with great concepts for strategy games but their software can't keep up with their creations, makes it really frustrating.

Running 8.1 and it crashes a lot for me, it's kind of irritating, because it was a gift from a friend. An exceedingly expensive gift as far as I am concerned, and I'd like to play with it.
