Fire elemental tried to kill the exploring AI Hero but AI hero trolls the elemental because of simulateous movement so Elemental attacks the empty tile and AI hero loots the fire elemental's lair for free loot at level 1 with no work whatsoever.
The said fire elemental is now homeless.
And the said AI hero is one loot richer.
