Prior to Beta 1.4, the pop cap bar for settlements would show a highlight beyond the current pop to show the pop cap. I noticed it had gone black and suspected it may not be showing properly, but thought perhaps the colors had simply changed -- but as can be seen above, it is indeed simply not displaying as the pop cap of 100 is between the current pop of 50 and the next pop level of (50+70
120, but there is no highlight or marker visible as had been visible in versions prior to 1.4 beta.
