[BUG 1.3] Double Empire and Kingdom entries in Hiergamenon for Factions

I just noticed that there are double entries in Hiergamenon for Factions (Empire, Kingdom) and also in Monsters.

Not sure if there are any double entries in the other Hiergamenon sections.

Strange thing is, it only happens when you play a Scenario!

And why is autosave enabled in a Scenario although it is disabled in the Options?
