Apparently, the price AI demands for horses (and probably also wargs) hasn't changed since at least patch 0.50. that would be ok, except for the fact that back then a stable produced 1 horse per turn and IIRC there was also an upgrade to the stable (ranch?) that increased the rate even further. This was changed during beta to make foot soldiers a bit more common (as it should be). the probelm is, people can still rely on mounted stacks to a large degree, since the AI will still sell you all the horses they have for 10g/horse, even though it now takes them about 5 (or 10?) times as long to acquire them.
Not sure if this is intended. i suggest adjusting the AI trade value for mounts. they are pretty rare now - you won't use fully mounted stacks exclusively, unless you luck out an have half a dozen stables, wait hundreds of turns or cheese the AI by buying their mounts way too cheaply.
please consider making the AI demand a lot more cash for horses/wargs (50g per unit maybe, since the rate of producing them was also reduced to 1/5th).
