[0.92] Scenario - Useless messages of someone from the 'axis of evil' offering to work with him to crush someone else in his own team

Hello,

I receive messages from one player of the ennemy team (axis of evil ?) who warn me against another ennemy and offer me to work with him to crush the other ennemy.

Hopefully, it's not possible to do that (the one choice of reply I got is "Noted") but since it's not possible in any cases, it would certainly be better not to see this kind of useless message at all.

True, "noted" doesn't offer any real choices. Perhaps this indicated the AI for the message sending sov is now 'more open' to a NAP / Alliance? (in response to the perceived increased threat from <insert name>. If this message was also tied to a significant favorable changes in the AIs attitude towards you, (NAP/Alliance cheaper to get for a few turns), then it would be worthwhile.

i think the smart thing to do would be to disable those mesages when the game is set up with faction teams (so you don't get those messages if both factions are on the same team) - this would remove the immersion breaking messages for both the scenario and the sandbox game (afaik, you can also set up permanent teams for factions in the sandox game)

Yeah, I have a code fix for this with an additional 2 checks. First they won't speak out against an ally (or teammate) like this. Secondly they wont initiate this dialog toward someone they are at war with.
