[.90 Bug] Scenario offers two Jordur the Giants

As part of the scenario, Irane asked Relias to free Jordur the Giant from prison.  Uopn completing that quest, Jordur joined Altar's army.  Now upon hitting 200 fame I'm offered the choice of a new champion, one of who is another Jordur.  Should Jordur as a fame-awarded champion be disabled for the scenario?

Or at least rename the giant to be freed from prison. That would probably be the easier solution (and you'd get two monster giants in some games
