[0.87] "Legacy Of Serrane" trait mouseover redundancy

"Caravans are immune to attack." listed twice in tooltip

When mousing over the "Legacy of Serrane" in the sovereign selection screen during game setup, "Caravans are immune to attack." is listed twice.

Yup because it has this

            <GameModifier>
                <Provides>Caravans are immune to attack.  This also gives access to the Bazaar city improvement and the Warhorse, which boosts the riders attack</Provides>
            </GameModifier>

and the other GameModifier describes that Caravans are immune to attack as well.
