The tooltip for the Escape Scroll is missing an 'r'
It also says the party will be teleported back to the capital, which is definitely not the case.
Confirmed. It only cancels the combat and nulls your movement. In which case the second you click that turn button the overly powerful monster you wanted to "escape" from. Will just attack again.
