I have my firewall set to notify me of outgoing attempts.  Occasionally (and every time currently) when I hit End Turn I get a notice: "Elemental: Legendary Heroes is trying to access the Internet" (application LegendaryHeroes.exe; destination IP 208.64.203.187:Port 27013).  When I refuse access -- CTD.

I was playing in steam offline mode.  It also happens when in steam online mode.  There are no crashes/etc. that would justify contacting valve.  I do not care for achievements or the like and I doubt I had earned any to cause the access attempt.

I would prefer to be able to disallow internet access when playing in offline mode.  Other steam games do not crash when playing in steam offline mode when they can not access the internet.
