Normally, I have MSI Afterburner 2.3.1 running to display GPU/FPS info on the Logitech G13 display (not the screen but I think the OSD daemon still runs regardless).  I remember someone else has the same problem with EVGA PrecisionX (I couldn't find the post).

I'm guessing Impulse Reactor isn't playing by the rules, causing FE to be sluggish with mouse/keyboard input and crash when loading a saved game.

I've run MSI Afterburner for years with dozens of games without issue.
