[1.291][AI] pioneers are NOT an army Procipinee

I really like one of the AI fixes in 1.291 where the AI doesn't send out it's heroes alone like before. Sadly Procipinee in my current game seemed to think that 5 pioneers form a great army. She surprise attacked one of my towns. Nice move, but when I saw her 'army' consisted of pioneers only my militia had no troubles killing just Procipinee herself to succesfully defend the town.

She's done that on earlier builds, and she's not the only one doing it...

Here is Magnar with his retinue of Heroes, slightly better than pioneers... but only slightly    This is on Challenging AI level on a large map with 9 opponents.  And then three of them cast gift of iron

A similar thing - the AI would send out armies of pioneers, unprotected by any real warrior.  These are easy prey.

I do so too myself, they should protect them if they are entering "Wild" territory (Fog of war is what I call wild), but when moving within its own borders they should let them get to the destination asap.
