I'm currently playing the campaign and it drive me crazy that this mage Darwella I picked up is always standing right in the middle of the front row because she has a melee staff equipped.  This gets her quite often killed in the first round when facing fast moving high initiative monsters. For now I gave her a bow so she get placed behind the melee fighters, but is there no smart unit placement that put mages in the back row? If there is no mod maybe someone can point me how to mod it myself? Can't believe that the guy who programmed this didn't get annoyed by this.
