After loading my save game, I noticed that my sov (who is a death mage) no longer has the Touch of Darkness enchantment on him, somehow it transported to a champion that is in the same group. I cannot dispel the enchantment from the governmential panel, as it is not there. When I tried casting it on my sov again, he lost 3 healthpoints but still did not get the buff.
Also, seems like Drain Life does not replenish health.
