Has anyone made a front end for item creation? I personally don't have the ability to do it but was wondering if it were possible to do and if anyone has done it yet. I see people have made them for quests and races and such.
No, there is no front end for it.
It would be super swell if there were an editor. Perhaps one of the many talented modders here will undertake such an endeavor.
While not a true front end the Excel edit might help if you don't want to mess around with the xml too much
