Weird, works fine for me. And my strength icon is correct (yours is missing). Anyone else seeing this?
My video card is an ATI Radeon 4600 series. I have the latest driver which is from July 2012. I have quite a few artifacts like that one with the Strength icon missing. I just assumed it's my video card's fault so I haven't been reporting them much.
