So did something happen with unit wages? I didn't see anything in the change log, but I loaded up a saved kingdom that was netting about 30 gildar per turn, and that kingdom is now in the hole by about 10 gildar. Looking at the AI empires in diplomacy I see they are also now running negative. What change happened with wages, and was it intended or not? If intended I guess I'll just be scrapping some units and rebalancing my military, but it would be nice to know.
If unintended, is there way to fix it in the XMLs? I know there's a wages section in ElementalDefs, but those base wage numbers are all zero already. Does it perhaps have to do with the adjusting of production times by game pacing? I'm running an epic game at the moment, so if wages are based off of a portion of labor cost, then in an epic game I could see the wages increasing for the patch. If someone could clear this up for me, I would much appreciate it.
