[1.01][Bug][Scenario] Sword of Wrath does not grant HP per kill

The +5 HP per Kill ability of the Sword of Wrath is not working. I killed several enemies with the Sword, but Relias did not get any HP back. There is also no entry in the Combat Details about this.

Was Relias already at full health.  I had the sword in 1.00 and it seemed to be working.

But damn, isn't that sword awesome.  I was using Verga.  He was like Sauron fighting the elves and humans.

The campaign sword and the sandbox sword are different swords, have different stats, so one might work and the other not.  Same name, from the same guy, but different swords, the campaign one has really lower damage and the sandbox has really high damage.

Didn't know that, I also think I was talking about a different sword.  I don't think the sword of wrath in sandbox recovers health.  Maybe it did, all I know is that it kills bad guys, dragons, shrill lords, and pretty much everything else you swing it at.

There is also a little black charm that's supposed to add 3 HP to the user for each kill, and it doesn't work either.

Relias had only half (sometimes only a third) of his health. The Sword worked fine in 1.00, but not in 1.01.

Huh, I know that little black charm use to work, I put it on my Wraith and she was healing for 6 a kill.  But, haven't tried it since 1.01.

it is the Tear of Cyndrum or something to that effect.  Looks like a purple crystal.  I haven't found one in a while.

I'm upping this, as of 1.31, in the campaign/scenario the sword of wrath is still not giving back the 5HP per kill.

That would be a little bit OVERPOWERING don'tcha think?
