The Tarth Rebel Trait symbol is a questionmark.
The coreabilities.xml has incorrectly the icon under the rebels as
<Icon>Ability_Uneducated_Icon.png</Icon>
It should be
<Icon>Ability_Rebels_Icon.png</Icon>
I think its a noose. It doesn't look like a question mark to me at all.
Its changed in 1.01, that was temp art.
Changed to a pretty noose?
The art for rebels was crossed pitchforks... that was the .png to which I did refer.
