[1.00] [BUG] Can build a logging camp on a snaked-to forest tile in a captured city

I just conquered Havelkar from Magnar, and it had built out to touch forest tiles, enabling me to build a logging camp on a forest tile that was effectively snaked to (its not adjacent to the city square, which is normally a restriction for building a Logging Camp for a city you or, I presume, the AI founds).

Nice... found the loophole to snaking. Let the enemy take over your city, then take it back once it's reaches the forest I've got to try that one.

Nothing to see here. 

The rule is not 'You cannot build a logging camp in a snaked-to tile'.

The rule is 'You cannot build a logging camp unless your original tile borders a forest'

Diagonals count, and the original tile has a forest to the SW.  You may have missed it because of the pioneers obscuring it.
