(1.00 BUG) Fire App + Water App = No spells from either school on custom characters.

Title basically says it all.  Created a custom mage.  When loading in the game the only city enchantment I can cast is Meditation, no inspiration or heart of fire.

My tactical spellbook is also completely empty.

Are you sure about this? I just created a character to test this and all the spells show up fine.

I tried as well and it is working fine for me.  Maybe you are out of mana and the other spells are showing as greyed out? (one of the things that is unusual about Meditation is that it doesnt have a casting cost so it is never greyed out)

I've tried this multiple times.  They are not grayed out, there is literally nothing there.  I'll get a screenshot in a bit.

This being the case maybe my install is messed up.

 

EDIT:

So, just tried a verify, found one file.  Created the same exact character I've been trying to make and it works fine.  Carry on
