so i got an e-mail saying, hey sorry we hosed you and sold you elemental, we feel bad, please try our new game for free. this was such a refreshing change from most companies who sell you junk and forget all about you i thought i would try it out. but apparently i need a serial number to access it. any mods on here that can direct me to the proper channels to fix this issue i would be grateful since i am looking forward to giving this a try.
