Where to download the latest patch?

I have looked, searched, and googled and nowhere can i find a patch that will take me to the latest build. Do i need to download the whole game again? Thanks in advance for your help.

Also, what patch? you made this post oct 28. As of which there are no patches, only v1.00.

Do you mean the patch from beta to v1.00? No such thing exists, you need to download the proper v1.00 (which could then be patched with future patches)
