Somehow I'm able to modify an AI city building queue.

I came in sighting range of an Yithril city. When clicking on the settlement, I have access to the standard UI with details/talk/rename buttons and the city queue. The city was building a bell tower, with an oppressor queued. When hovering over the oppressor icon, I accidentally grabbed it and placed in front of the queue. When hitting 'turn' the city building overlay update accordingly, city is now building an oppressor.

I'm not allowed to interrupt construction as in my own cities (as expected ).

I'm in a NA pact with Yithril. Maybe this is related ?
