We've offered incremental updates during the beta, but even if not it'll just be a bigger (full) download. I believe you should be able to install offline with the package from http://download.stardock.com, so long as that machine has already had the game registered on it and you haven't reinstalled Windows since.
(Note this only applies if you have the game direct from us and not via Steam, etc.)
